No contracts ever!
You can start or stop service at any time. No cancellation fees.
When will we clean your yard?
Twice a week services will typically be on Monday and Thursday or Monday and Friday or Saturday.
Once a week services will typically be on Monday or Thursday.
If this schedule does not work for you or you need adjustments in the schedule, contact us to arrange this.
Doing it right
A picture of your closed gate will be emailed/text to you on completion of the job so you are sure your pet does not get out.
Equipment and shoes will be sanitized between every house to keep your pets safe from any diseases.
What do we need from you?
Yards must be accessible, typically through a gate, to avoid indoor contamination and disturbing of homeowners. If your yard is fenced and has a gate that it is normally locked, we ask that you ensure it is unlocked on your scheduled service day. If you need a reminder call, please provide your phone number and inform us when booking your appointment. If your gate is locked and we are unable to clean, you will not be charged, we will contact you to schedule for an alternative day. However, if it continues to be a problem, we will contact you directly to determine a new solution.
We ask that your lawn be cut on a regular basis and that it be reasonably free of leaves or other debris. We can only pick up what we can see, and we cannot look under large amounts of leaves. No matter what the condition of your yard we will always clean to the best of our ability. If the length of your grass or accumulation of leaves might have affected our service, we will note it for you on your end of service email with the attached photo of the closed gate.
If you do not trust your dog(s) around strangers, please have them inside the house or kennel. We don’t want to get bit. If we get bit and need medical attention, you may be dropped as a client and may be asked to cover half of the medical bill. If you have an aggressive dog that is in the yard upon arrival, we will contact you and ask that it be brought inside or otherwise secured. If you are not home, we will be unable to service your yard on that day. You can always arrange for us to call ahead so the dog can be secured prior to our arrival.
If pets are out, a treat may be offered to them if that is ok with you. If you don’t want your dog having a treat due to a special diet, please notify us when booking.
Missed Service
If circumstances for whatever reason cause us to miss cleaning on your scheduled service day you will be notified ahead of time or on that day. As always, you will never be charged for service not provided.
Snow
We provide year-round service in all types of weather. The exception to this would be the fresh accumulation of snow either the night before or on the day of your scheduled service. If one inch or more of snow has fallen on the night before or on the day of your scheduled service, we may be unable to clean your yard on that day. If this occurs, you will be notified of the missed service and you will not be charged. Your service will then resume on the next scheduled day. If snow has fallen 24 hours or more before your scheduled service day, we will continue to pick up your dog’s waste on top of the snow to prevent accumulation. As always, we will clean your yard to the best of our ability.
Severe Weather
Depending on the severity we will continue to clean your yard in the rain. If weather conditions for whatever reason though become too extreme and prevent us from cleaning on the day of your scheduled service, you will be notified, and your service will resume on the next scheduled day.
Referrals
To qualify for the 20%off discount for a referral, the customer you refer cannot be a previous or existing customer. Can only be used once.
